What we actually do. I built my business around probate and estate sales. I have over 21 years of experience, have closed 1,700+ transactions, have handled 250+ probate and estate properties, and have completed over 246 remodels. This is what I do every day.

About 70% of the probate homes have title issues or liens that need to be cleared before the property can close. That’s work that goes beyond what a typical agent does, and we handle it for you. We bring in our attorney network, our vendors, and everything needed to clean out, present, and sell the property.

How it works. Every inherited property is different. If the house is in rough shape, we can make you an offer and close in under 14 days. In most cases, we don’t even charge commission when we buy as-is. If the house is in great shape, we present it to the market and become your buffer between you and the hundreds of investors who will call once it’s listed.
